1 Cup Milk 3/4 Cup Water 1 Cup Traditional Oats 1 Table Spoon Peanut Butter(or any Nut Butter) 1 Scoop 22g Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey Protein (Double Rich Chocolate) Optionals: 1 Teaspoon Ground Flax Seeds Sugar to Taste Directions: Bring to a boil Milk, Water, Peanut Butter, and Protein Powder. Once boiling add Traditional Oats and Flax Seeds. Continuously stir so it wont stick between 2-4 minutes or until its at the consistency you like. Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
